MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT of the BIRA Club

This MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT is made as of (Date) ___________________
by and between BIRA Club and Mr_______________.___________________
of M/s__________________________________________________________

1. TERM
   • The membership shall begin on the date signed above and shall continue until one (1) year from the same date and thereafter from year to year will need to be renewed as per the membership renewal form.
2. PURPOSE
   • The BIRA Club exists to allow esteemed members to avail the latest trends in the waterproofing and thermal insulation industry and at the same time evolve a culture of learning by creating quality circles within members.
3. MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS
   • The current benefits include membership plaque and a host of benefits as detailed in the Special Club – “Services & Benefits”.
4. TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP
   • The Membership may be terminated by BIRA Club founders / President at any time for violations to member privileges and any other reason deeming removal of member benefits as seen fit by BIRA Club founders.

This Agreement of Membership shall be binding upon the respective representatives of the members.
The members have caused this Agreement of Membership to be executed on the date indicated below effective as of the date indicated above.
