ROOFSEAL5/9

BITUMAT ROOFSEAL is a pre-fabricated polymer modified bitumen membrane designed for economy and easy applications. ROOFSEAL “P” is reinforced with a non-woven polyester fabric, whereas ROOFSEAL “G” is reinforced with a glasfiber mat. The re-inforcement is impregnated and coated on both sides with polymer modified bitumen.

CONCRETE PRIMER6/9

BITUMAT CONCRETE PRIMER is a cold applied, general purpose roofing primer formulated with highly pliable, flexible bitumen, select petroleum solvents and compounded with wetting and saturation additives.

SYNROOF HB7/9

BITUMAT SYNROOF HI-BUILD, an elastomeric, premium quality acrylic coating, may be applied by brush, roller, squeegee or spray equipment depending on site conditions. To spray, select a nozzle size of at least 0.028 in.; first checking the spray equipment to ensure suitability.

BITUSEAL8/9

BITUMAT BITUSEAL self-adhesive membranes are produced with special multi-layered design with a glassfibre reinforcement which is impregnated and coated on both sides with a uniquely formulated, elastomeric, thermo plastic rubber which provides high adhesive properties. The compound provides self healing properties.

BITUSTOP PVC WATERSTOPS are used for providing water impermeability in expansioncontraction (structure) joint seen in concrete stuctures exposed to high & low water pressure and for preventing vibrations and deformations that would appear in concrete blocks.
